Privacy information

MiniMii is an ID360 Ltd brand. We collect account details, contact and delivery information, choices and reference photos to create, take payment for and fulfil personalised figurines. Photos and 3D production files are kept in private order storage. We use Supabase for account and file storage, Stripe for payment and may share necessary files with the selected fulfilment partner.

With your consent, an artist may use an AI service to summarise visible features in your reference photos and identify missing views. A person reviews the photos and prepares or refines the 3D model. Automated analysis does not create a verified likeness or a manufacturable model. We do not ask you to upload photos without permission from the people pictured. Payment card details are handled by Stripe, not stored by MiniMii.

Retention and your rights

The photo retention period is being finalised before paid ordering opens. You may ask to access, correct or delete eligible personal information, or raise a privacy question at the support address to be published before paid ordering opens.
